3 bedroom villa in a beautiful setting, sleeps 6/7
350 yards from Mullins Beach
We fell in love with Tree Top as soon as we saw it. Sitting on the edge of a natural gully providing
privacy and tranquility just a short stroll from Mullins Beach. We carefully renovated and extended Tree Tops in 2007.
* 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms
* Glorious 40 foot long hardwood deck in Guyanese Purple Hart wood * New kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher and microwave
* A second hardwood deck
Two large double bedrooms each 20 feet long with ensuite both opening out onto the main deck with wonderful views across the gully. Third bedroom has twin beds, its own hardwood deck and bathroom. Cot, cotbed & sofabed also available.
Large open plan kitchen and living room opening onto a covered terrace with teak dining table and views over the tropical gardens and a good sized pool.
The house is very well equipped for a large family or 3 pairs of adults looking for somewhere special to celebrate a birthday or weddding anniversary.
The 13000 sq ft garden is a delight with a wonderful smelling Frangipani tree by the pool, Golden and New Zealand Palms and Bouganvillea in abundance.
